long time no update.

Lets face it, there is no such thing as an ugly puppy. It doesn't matter what the puppy will grow up to be, all puppies are cute.

Now that I've said that, I am a huge believer that there is such a thing as an ugly baby. Some babies are just, well, weird looking. Ya know? I am sure they are still loved, and their parents still think they are cute as a button. But I know the truth, and the truth is your baby is fugly.

One day I may actually have 100 things on my list of me stuff. Right now I think I'm in the high 70's.

I finished the baby sweater. It is cute but I am not 100% happy with my seaming. I also made a matching hat for it. The picture makes the seaming look worse then it actually is. I'm not happy with it, but it's not as bad as the picture. Apparently I laid it out really badly. Also it's kinda weird how the pictures look all floaty because they were taken on the leather couch.

I also finished a matching hat to the baby blanket I finished awhile ago.

I've been working on baby booties but so far I have tried 4 patterns (3 free, 1 from SNBn) and I haven't liked any of them.

Jeesh when did I become a perfectionist?

Wow great job on the baby stuff. And btw I completely agree about the cute puppy and the ugly baby thing. We have a tendancy to refer to them as baby ET's Remember the statement - A face that only a parent can love. LOL Oh that sounds bad but I guess I am just stating a fact.

Well I thought I would tell you that you will be recieving another package this week. I will email you the exact date to look for it's arrival.

As for having a list of 100 things to do well I myself am on the 1000 of things to do.... LOL

Take care and have a wonderful week!

I'm new to RAOK, too. Isn't it fun?! I love the fan and feather baby afghan and hat. The colors are wonderful. And I don't think the seaming on the sweater looks awful. Nice pattern.

I love that baby blanket--what great colors! Is that a feather and fan pattern?

Welcome to RAOK!!
