Can I tell you a secret?

Sometimes I think that some male knit designer's patterns are only published because they are male. Not because they can design. Like there are so few males that knit and probably fewer males that design knits...so when a magazine wants to publish a male's designs they have very few to choose from.

I guess what I am really complaining about is that it seems that some places are more interested in getting a male designer's ideas out there, rather then getting a good pattern.

Not that I think all male designers make crappy knits. Just some of them. And no I'm not going to point out which I like and which I do not.
